TMGT-3355 Mediation & Negotiation

Examination of the nature of conflict and the methods to resolve conflict with an emphasis on collaborative problem solving and mediation. The theory and practice of negotiations are also studied, and students are given the opportunity to practice negotiation and mediation techniques through case study. Prerequisite: Complete at least 84 Semester Credit Hours towards Bachelor of Applied Technology in Organizational Management. Ethical decision making throughout these processes is addressed. LEC 3, CR 3.
