TMGT-3303 Communications and Conflict Resolution

A study and application of technical writing, business presentations, team building, interviewing, and business methods to resolve conflict with an emphasis on collaborative problem solving and mediation. Prerequisite: Complete at least 84 Semester Credit Hours towards Bachelor of Applied Technology in Organizational Management. LEC 3, CR 3.
