ORGL-3324 Leadership, Conflict, Negotiation

This course blends theoretical and practical analyses of interpersonal conflict and negotiation. The first part of the class examines conflict theory, conflict styles, strategies for managing conflict, and understanding conflict as a transformational opportunity. The second half of the class explores negotiation, a key dispute resolution competency for leaders at every level. Topics include the value of negotiation, negotiation frameworks, and how negotiation can be structured to maximize wins by all parties. LEC 3, CR 3.
