ORGL-3323 Leading High-Performance Teams
This course explores the essential principles, practices, and skills that form the basis of high-performance teamwork. Topics include models of high-performance teamwork, tools that form the foundation for high performance, team dysfunctions and dynamics, and structures and strategies to build and sustain high performance teams. Complete at least 84 Semester Credit Hours towards Bachelor of Applied Technology in Organizational Management. LEC 3, CR 3.
