MATH-1350 Mathematics for Teachers I
This course is designed for students seeking teacher certification for Early Childhood through Eighth Grade Teaching. Topics include concepts of sets, functions, numeration systems, number theory, and properties of the natural numbers, integers, rational, and real number systems with an emphasis on problem solving, critical thinking, and the use of math manipulatives. A grade of "C" or better is required to pass this course. Lec 3, Cr 3
