This non-course competency based (NCBO) developmental intervention provides a review of fundamental English language reading and writing skills in order to prepare ESOL students for college-level English course. Grading is based on pass/fail. A passing grade will certify a student as college ready in Writing and Reading. THECB 20 contact hrs. =1 SCH
