Safety

The safety of students, faculty, staff, and visitors is a top priority for TSC. Everyone in the campus community is responsible for creating a safe environment and is encouraged to report all safety concerns by calling campus security or through the email at security@tsc.edu. TSC contracts with Op6 Security and the Brownsville Police Department to provide patrolling and security. The contact numbers for security are (956) 295-3700 (business hours) 346-631-9094 (after hours) for non-emergency situations. The contact numbers for ITECC security are (956) 295-3755 (business hours) 346-690-2773 (after hours) for non-emergency situations . When calling, please identify yourself, your location, and the situation so that you can be properly assisted. 911 should be called in cases of medical emergency, crisis, or other life-threatening situation needing a police officer or emergency medical responder.
