Article II: Student Code of Conduct Authority

1. The Vice-President of Finance and Administration shall determine the composition of Student Conduct Boards and Appellate Boards and determine which Student Conduct Board, Dean of Student Success and Appellate Board shall be authorized to hear each matter.
2. The Vice-President of Finance and Administration shall implement policies for the administration of the student conduct system and procedural rules for the conduct of Student Conduct Board Hearings that are consistent with provisions of the Student Code of Conduct.
3. Decisions made by a Student Conduct Board and/or Dean of Student Success shall be final, pending the normal appeal process.
